Piano lessons are an opportunity to practice experiencing the present moment with curiosity, and approaching problems with discipline, informed practice, and supportive self-talk. This is a difficult needle to thread for people of all ages and levels, but with daily practice (what!), it transfers to all areas of life. If you can learn to play an instrument, you can learn how to do anything.

Performance Opportunities: Performing in front of others is a vital aspect of musical development. Throughout the year, there are performance, competition, and workshop opportunities to boost students' confidence and showcase their progress.

Emily goes far beyond just teaching piano- she has worked with each of us to learn what it is to think and play musically.
